We had ZERO hiccups or issues! Everything ran smoothly. I can’t emphasise how happy we were with the build and especially all the hard work of the builders and other trades. Mark would always update us every Friday with progress pictures! The accounts manager James was amazing too – he was easy to deal with and so prompt with invoicing etc! Mark was our building manager – brilliant guy, handed over our house much earlier than expected and him and his team were always ahead of schedule. The next stage was to meet with Claire who is the designer guru (which was the really fun part!) she was awesome – super organised, helpful and fast with communication & changes, she also went the extra mile for us. Our journey started with Douw & Jacqui who really went to extreme lengths to secure our house contract for us & we were very pleased with their customer service & all the hard work they did for us. I would have made no changes except to have built with them earlier!
